We offer free delivery within a 50 mile radius of our container lot; 12338 GA-136, Rising Fawn, GA 30738.​ We are happy to deliver to various locations with a delivery fee. Please fell free to call or text us at 706-862-8898 for a delivery estimate.

Our containers are 1 trip containers, meaning they have been used once on a shipping barge. They may come with minor knicks and dents but overall should be in good condition.

Responsibilities of the customer to prepare for container delivery:

•  Roadways are clear, at least a 15 foot clearance of any low hanging branches or debris.

• Driveway or entrance to property is at least 40' wide and can withstand the weight of a semitruck.

• Driveway or entrance should be safe.

• Delivery site is clear and safe, ensuring plenty of room to deliver container and semitruck can maneuver in area.

• Disclose any hazardous conditions prior to delivery including weather. 

• Space to Deliver - Driver will need about 60' for single 20' containers and about 100' for 40' containers or two 20's at the same. 

• Stable Surface - container needs to be delivered to a hard and dry surface.   Soft surfaces such as wet grass might allow the truck to sink and get stuck. Delivery Driver has right to cancel delivery due to site conditions, Delivery fees still apply.

• Inspect your container upon arrival 

• Verify that the container is of quality condition

• Payment due upon delivery

Additional delivery options:

• Leveling:  $150 and up depending on condition

• Moving beyond initial drop: $250 and up depending on site condition and distance

Lomoco LLC DBA Lomo Containers, will not be held responsible for any damage to property either privately or publicly owned in connection with the delivery, placement or use of container.  This includes damage to driveways, septic systems, structures, underground utilities,vehicles, landscaping, trees, gates, equipment,  flowers, awnings, outbuildings, fences etc.  that are on or connected to delivery location.   This includes all damages whether seen or unseen.   Buyer of Container is responsible for full disclosure of any hazards seen and unseen in relation to delivery.   Any failure of disclosure either by lack of understanding or awareness does not negate the consent to the stated agreement.

Upon execution of this form I hereby unconditionally release, waive and discharge my right, whether by contract or under operation of law to file cause of action(s) or claim(s) which I may have against Lomoco LLC dba Lomo Containers and its agents now or in the future. I hereby assume any and all risks of loss, liability, damage or costs, including bodily injury or property damage that may incur arising out of or in connection to my acts and/or omissions in relation to this delivery and product. I fully understand the terms set forth in this form and I hereby waive my rights freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me to the fullest extent allowed by law.
